Role Description – Litigator
We have two positions open for Experienced Construction/Commercial Litigation Attorneys at our Fort Myers, FL location. These are full-time, onsite positions. The attorneys will be responsible for handling a variety of construction and commercial litigation matters, including drafting and filing motions, attending court hearings, taking depositions and conducting trials. The attorneys will also be involved in legal research, client consultations, and providing strategic legal advice.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, including construction and commercial litigation
- Minimum experience of 5-7 years with first-chair trial experience
- Proficiency in drafting and filing legal Motions
- Experience in Courts, including handling hearings and trials
- Skilled in conducting Depositions and providing testimony
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Florida
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in construction or commercial litigation is preferred
- Full-time and on-site work only
