Jursinski is the only attorney in the state of Florida (out of the more than 109,000 attorneys) who is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, a Board Certified Business Litigation Attorney and a Board Certified Construction Law Attorney.  Board Certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in specialty areas of practice and must be renewed every five years (see for additional information regarding certification and qualifications).

Attorney Kara Jursinski Murphy is also Florida Bar Board Certified in Real Estate Law, making her an expert and specialist in the field.  In addition to her Board Certification, she is also a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Property Development.  She is the only attorney in Southwest Florida who has both a Board Certification and an LL.M. in Real Estate.
