Kevin and Staff made our unusual closing calm and trouble free!
Kevin and Staff, especially Janine, are very good at what they do! Our particular closing had some unusual twists and turns that were navigated by them in a calm and reassuring manner. There was never any panic or frustration on their part, just calm action and explanations on the issues at hand. That, I will tell you, is most welcome in the process of closing a real estate deal!
Also, we found out that Kevin is well versed in matters related to construction and contractor issues in Lee Cnty. and the State of Florida.
Should any of these issues raise their ugly head in the future we know where to go!
Overall, a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. We’re glad we found them!

Kara Jursinski
I found the Jursinski group through an internet search. I called them and talked to the paralegal who let me fully explain my situation and what legal help I thought I would need. They suggested the name of a local realtor who was familiar with short sales in Fort Myers Florida for me to contact. I hired the realtor and Kara (my attorney) to handle the short sale. It was complicated because there were negotiations going back and forth with the lien holder for 4-5 months and lots of paperwork required to satisfy there requests. It took a lot time and knowledge on the part of my attorney to finally come to an agreement on the loan deficiency costs. In a situation that is never a win, win, I’m extremely pleased with the final outcome.

Easy closing on new home
This firm handled our closing on a new home for us. We were out of state and all the transactions were handled online. Probate and Real Estate
I became an out of state homeowner as a result of the recent passing of my parents. I interviewed several law firms to guide me and handle the estate and subsequent sale of my parents home. I chose the law office of Kevin F. Jusinski, PA because after my consultation, I felt confident in their abilities and knowledge with the process. I have been a paralegal in New York for over 25 years and I have some general knowledge in both these areas of law. Their answers to my questions were on point, insightful, that only an experienced professional in these fields could provide. The probate process was handled swiftly with the help and guidance of Justin McQuade, Esq., and his stellar paralegal Justine. We couldn’t have done it without the Law Office of Jursinski & Murphy
My sister and I did a long distance purchase of a condo in Florida in June 2018 and we used the KFJLaw office to handle the details. From the first phone call to picking up the keys, their staff were always friendly and helpful. In fact, Janine Decker, their transactional paralegal, has got to be their best asset! She answered all of our questions, provided great references (inspectors, etc.), and ensured our closing was done on time and with our best interest in mind. Our purchase was a Sell by Owner and there were power of attorney issues that “popped up” had to be resolved. Janine worked with the Seller’s attorney and ensured the paperwork was in order so we could close as scheduled. She also helped us understand the language contained in the sales contract so we could put together a solid offer for the Seller. It was a great day to stop by their office and finally get to “Thank” Janine in person. We have already been recommending their office to all of our new Florida friends!!

For Real Estate legal help in Florida, look no further. 5 Stars!
After attempting to handle my foreclosure case on my own for months, I found James McQuade. With a trial scheduled on Friday, I hired him on a Tuesday with about zero preparation time. My expectations were not high this late in the process. I was only hoping for the possibility of a postponed trial, and even that was slim less than a week out. Instead, the entire matter was resolved just two days later.
James negotiated with the plaintiff’s attorney, and found a complete resolution, still a full day ahead of the trial. The resolution was as far in my favor as possible, with the judge signing off on it at Trial on Friday.
A grand slam home run. Months of paperwork and worry was resolved by James in 3 short days. He knows every detail of this sector of Florida law, and pursued every opportunity for his client.
Going through a divorce right now that is almost 3 years in with no resolution in sight, it was amazing the speed at which this was skillfully handled and behind me. If you need a real estate matter handled in Florida, this is your man. Just amazing!
Worry, concern, and anguish resolved in 3 days and 3 phone calls. You couldn’t ask for more. 5 stars!

Great service and smooth transaction
My transaction (house purchase) was relatively straightforward but I was still pleased with how smoothly and painlessly the firm managed the process. I worked exclusively with Janine, who answered all my questions with detail and made sure everything proceeded swiftly to an on-schedule closing. Exceeded expectations regading my foreclosure deficiency case
After interviewing a number of lawyers, I was able to eventually find Kara — unlike others, she didn’t make ridiculous promises just to get my business (e.g. that he could get my deficiency case dismissed because the banks were “bad” or that the debt collector didn’t deserve to get the deficiency on the back-end because the banks made money on the front end.) There are a number of lawyers out there wasting their clients’ money, getting the court to *temporarily* get cases dismissed because of procedural items or formalities. Anyway, Kara was the exception — she was realistic, honest, and seemed to have a good relationship with the opposing counsel that ultimately allowed us to come to a favorable settlement.

Trustworthy advice – strong negotiator
We had a very unique situation. Balloon payments were called on 2 lot loans we owned in Florida. Of course values had dropped 90%. Neither place had contacted us for over 3.5 years after they demanded the balloons. One loan had been sold 4 times to different servicers, the other one had been sold 7 times. We were finally contacted by one of the places. We enlisted Kara after interviewing 3 other lawyers. We were very nervous and unsure of ourselves and how to handle this mess. Her quick action and superb negotiating skills got both of the lots done in less than 6 months and for much less, both in terms of cash to close and fees than we expected. She kept us informed all the way along and gave very timely and correct advice, even though we were 2nd guessing everything. She was steady and firm with us which was just what we needed. In the end I couldn’t be happier we hired her and would strongly recommend her to anyone.

Estate home sale in Ft. Myers
I chose Mr. Jursinski’s firm based on my son’s referral. He lives in Ft. Myers and had used them for his real estate transaction less than a year ago. My son does thorough research prior to a decision like that, so I trusted his judgement. How glad I am that I did! Support for property deal that almost fell over

I have finally found my attorney!
As a small business owner and real estate broker for a career of over 35 years I have never been as impressed by an attorney more than I am with Kara M. Jursinski. She listened very carefully to the matter and was able to identify a resolution with a clear concise plan, direct actions and goal oriented objectives . I was able to focus on my business instead of the business of calling my attorney. Ms. Jursinski has a budgetary conscientiousness which was proved when I was surprised with a balance of retainer refund check in the mail. Outstanding Representation

Compassion
I recently hired Kara to assist with several issues regarding the foreclosure of my Mother’s home. I will highly recommend her in the future. What impressed me the most about her was not her knowledge of law and the proceedings, which she obviously understood, but it is the compassion that she showed me right from the beginning regarding our situation. I’m not sure she realized the impact that had on me. It is a quality that can not be learned in school, so I give kudos to her family! I can only imagine how proud of her they must be.

Knowledgeable, Articulate and Analytical
I met with Kara related to a complaint filed by a former colleague. Kara was quick to analyze the full picture, make recommendations on how to proceed and reassured me that there were no grounds for action. This was after one year of anxiety and concern while I worked with another attorney with no resolution to this matter. Financial Rescue! “Deed in Reduction” Program Great!
It is my recommendation to contact Kevin F. Jursinski, P.A. for anyone that needs help with their Real Estate financial situation. Kevin Jursinski and his staff have been outstanding in helping me with my Real Estate financial situation. If it would not have been for the efforts and guidance I received from Kevin Jursinski I would have quickly lost what savings I had that was remaining and would have been bankrupted. At 71 years of age and with some health issues things were looking very bleak. The “Deed In Reduction” program not only prevented any foreclosures on my properties but this firm was able to negotiate agreements with the lenders to keep them from taking what savings that I had remaining. The professionalism that Kevin Jursinski and his staff provided, their knowledge and attention to detail and quick response to any questions that I had exceeded my expectations.
